I tweeted that I was making this dish for Thanksgiving and was asked to share it.. I made it last year and it was yummy! Enjoy and if you make it, let me know what you think….
Ingredients:
2 pkgs frozen corn (12 oz)
8 oz cream cheese
2 TBS Sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Place corn in crock pot.
Cut butter and cream into cubes and place in crock pot.
Add sugar, salt and pepper.
Still well, cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2.
Stir at least once halfway through.
**I PURCHASED CROCK POT BAGS AND PLACE ONE IN MINE AND THEY PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS INSIDE. AFTER DINNER, THE EMPTY BAG GOES IN THE TRASH. MAKES CLEANUP A LITTLE BIT EASIER ON A BUSY DAY!!**
It sounds yummy, :-) and I don’t know why. I never have cared for corn :-( Hope it turns out good.
