It is September, but it is still so freakin’ hot here!! Last I checked it did look like Mon – Wed it was going to be in the upper 90’s before going back in triple digits. Those three days the temps look cool enough in the morning that I can get my walk in outside!! That I am VERY happy about!!!

We have been busy lately with shooting and working on a concept for something new and just life in general. I am headed to Chicago on the 17th and can’t wait, it has been too long since I have seen the fam.
Now for some news regarding my weight loss journey.. today I was down .8 pounds for a total of 43 pounds. so, ounce by ounce I am getting it done!!!
