Those of you that read my blog know that I joined WW at the end of February. I am doing really well, well enough that I am encouraged to keep up the work. I started walking and by walking I mean really walking, LOL. Last week I started a squat challenge with some of my family, most of which I think have already bailed, LOL. And in the next day or so I want to start a crunch challenge.
I like participating in the challenges, but I am not really a competitive person, so it is not a race for me. Like steps, I’m not here to walk more steps than the next person, just the number I have set for myself.
I am very fortunate that I have an amazing support system, my family, friends and those of you online that encourage and support what I am doing.
So, I think the last weigh in I shared was I was done 4.4 for a total of 30 pounds. Well last week I was still at the exact same weight, which I am good with. So, I decided to find a pic from prior to starting and do the same pic at my present weight.. so here you go.

As Jason said…”You look hot in BOTH pics,” and you truly do (getting a 10 on the Tightening Shorts Scales!) but the important thing is that you feel better about yourself, and that you’re in a better place, health-wise! You’ve already had a big enough scare in that area!
