The last day of September, just crazy how quickly the year has gone by. I spent 11 days in Chicago visiting my family and it was WONDERFUL!! Now I have to wait until December when we go to celebrate Christmas.
Our weather here I believe has finally broke and I have been able to get walks in early in the day and it has been so nice. I have not weighed in since the Saturday before my trip, but I will keep you posted after my meeting this Saturday. But I will say, I had more energy during my recent trip and able to walk without being all winded. This is what we call a Non Scale Victory. I am also down to just three pairs of jeans, two of which fit and one I will have to loose a bit more weight before I can get them zipped up, LOL
